Programs for Every Level

The USTA Midwest Tennis Center offers adults of all skill levels a place to play, grow and compete. All programs are offered in either session or drop-in formats.

Programming

Target Audience
These clinics are designed for beginner players and are ideal for newbies or those returning to tennis after time away (2.5 NTRP).

Focus/Structure
Participants will learn fundamental strokes, basic footwork and the rules of the game in a supportive group setting with a low coach-to-player ratio for personalized instruction.

Registration
Signing up for a session is required. This ensures players maintain group continuity, secure a guaranteed spot each week and benefit from a low player-to-teaching-pro ratio. Full session commitment is required; drop-ins are not permitted.

Intermediate Clinic (No drop-in)

Target Audience
These clinics are designed for intermediate players who can consistently hit basic ground strokes, volleys and serves and are looking to improve their match play (3.0-3.5 NTRP).

Focus/Structure
Sessions will emphasize stroke refinement, tactical development, shot placement and court positioning through live ball drills, situational play and instructional games.

Signing up for a session is required. This ensures players maintain group continuity, secure a guaranteed spot each week and benefit from a low player-to-teaching-pro ratio. Full session commitment is required; drop-ins are not permitted.

Target Audience
This heart-pumping fun, high-energy workout is open to players of all skill levels. Cardio Tennis classes will use NTRP ratings for player placement.

Focus/Structure
Sessions are designed to elevate heart rate, burn calories, improve agility and enhance tennis skills through fast-paced drills, fitness exercises and tennis games set to upbeat music.
